This family-owned guesthouse opened its door in 1995 to welcome until today numerous travellers willing to spend a stay in a family spirit beyond the borders. Since 2011, Zaya and her team has added a second suite of guest accommodation, and for which rooms have been renovated. Zaya strives to offer you comfort and services at a very attractive price. A choice of single, double/twin and triple accommodations with semi-private (shared with one other room) or en-suite baths are offered accordingly to your budget and desire. Also, you can relax in the spacious and modern common areas, giving you opportunities to meet with other travellers.

Complimentary breakfast as well as free Wireless Internet and lockers are offered to the guests.

Despite their ideal location in the core of the city, Zaya # 1 and Zaya # 2 are only 10 minute walk to the museums and theaters, and within 5 minutes to the shops on Peace avenue and restaurants on Seoul Street.
